尿毒症血液透析患者应用左卡尼汀的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect that uremic hemodialysis patients applied L-carnitine. Methods82 uremic hemodialysis patients who were selected research objects in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into two groups equally. 41 cases of the observation group received routine hemodialysis treatment, while 41 cases of the control group received treatment with L-carnitine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The Cr and BUN of the observation group after treatment significantly decreased, while the Hb and Hct of that dramatically increased. The 90.24% of clinical effect total effectiveness of the observation group was significantly higher than the 68.29% of the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect that uremic hemodialysis patients applied L-carnitine was significant, which was worthy to be popularized.%目的：探讨尿毒症血液透析患者应用左卡尼汀的临床效果。方法2013年4月～2015年4月期间，从我院选取82例尿毒症患者作为研究对象，并随机分为两组，其中对照组41例给予常规血液透析治疗，而观察组41例则加用左卡尼汀治疗，比较其临床效果。结果治疗后，观察组Cr、BUN明显下降，Hb、Hct明显上升，其临床效果总有效率高达90.24%，明显高于对照组的68.29%，两组差异比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论尿毒症血液透析患者应用左卡尼汀的临床效果显著，值得推广。
