复方鱼腥草软胶囊中(R,S)-告依春含量测定方法的研究

摘要

目的:建立HPLC 法测定复方鱼腥草软胶囊中(R,S)-告依春的含量.方法:采用Hypersil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7∶93),流速1.0 ml/min,柱温35℃,检测波长245 nm.结果:(R,S)-告依春线性范围为1.026～10.260 μg/ml;平均回收率为96.2%,RSD 为1.13%.结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为复方鱼腥草软胶囊的质量控制方法.%Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of (R, S)- Goitrin in Compound Houttuyniae Soft Capsule. Methods: Hypersil ODS C18 column (4.6 mmx200 mm, 5 |JLm) was used, methanol-0.02% phosphate (7:93) was used as mobile phases, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 351 and the detection wavelength was 245 nm. Results: The linear range of (R, S)-Goitrin was 1.026-10.260 |JLg/ml and the average recovery was 96.2%, RSD= 1.13%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, it can be used for the determination of (R, S)-Goitrin in Compound Houttuyniae Soft Capsule.
