Objective: To explore the effect and significance of follow-up care and guidance by giving the follow-up care and guidance after discharge from hospital to the elderly patients with nasal feeding. Methods: From January 2008 to January 2009 63 cases of nasal feeding discharge patients were selected as the control group, which were given the routine care and guidance; from February 2009 to December 2010, 66 cases of nasal feeding discharged patients were selected as the study group, in addition to hospital prior to routine care and guidance, but also to guide the implementation of discharge follow-up care. The telephone or door way was used, "nasal discharge follow-up patient care for older family impact questionnaire" was used to investigate the effect. Results: The incidence of nasal feeding complications in the study group was significantly reduced compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05); caregivers ability to care for patients with nasal feeding in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Implementation of discharge follow-up care and guidance can improve the ability of caregivers to care and reduce the complications of nasal feeding.%目的:对老年鼻饲患者出院后实施随访护理指导,探讨出院随访护理指导的效果及意义.方法:抽取2008 年1 月～2009 年1 月出院的63 例鼻饲患者为对照组,实施常规护理指导;抽取2009 年2 月～2010 年12 月出院的66例鼻饲患者为研究组,除了出院前进行常规护理指导外,还实施出院随访护理指导.采用电话或上门访问的方式,运用"出院随访对家庭老年鼻饲患者护理影响调查表"进行效果调查.结果:研究组鼻饲并发症的发生比对照组明显减少,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组照料者对鼻饲患者护理能力的掌握也显著高于对照组,两组对鼻饲护理掌握人数的比例比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:实施出院随访护理指导,能提高照料者的护理能力,有效减少鼻饲并发症的发生.
