葛根素微丸制备及含量测定方法

摘要

目的:制备葛根素微丸,建立葛根素微丸中葛根素含量测定的方法.方法:离心造粒法制备葛根素微丸.HPLC法测定葛根素的含量,色谱条件为C18柱,以甲醇-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm.结果:所制备的微丸产率达80%以上,葛根素含量在0.025～0.500 μg之间线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.44%,RSD为1.14%.结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于葛根素微丸的制备和质量控制.%Objective: To prepare Puerain Pellets and establish a method for determining the content of Puerain in Puerain Pellets. Methods: The Puerain Pellets were prepared by using a centrifugal granulator. The HPLC method was established for determination of Puerarin in Puerarin Pellets. A ODS C18 column was adopted. The mobile phase was methanol-water solution (30:70) with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: The productivity was more than 80%, the linearity range was 0.025-0.500 μg, The average recovery of Puerarin was 98.44%, RSD was 1.14%. Conclusion: The method is simple, precise and reliable, which is suitable for preparing and determining Puerain Pellets.
