张锡纯中风学术思想探讨

本文较完整地分析了张锡纯治疗中风病的学术思想:中风可辨证分为脑充血、脑贫血两类,脑充血的病机特点为"血之与气,并走于上",而脑贫血的病机特点为"上气不足";在治疗上突出平肝熄风、引血下行的应用,独创镇肝熄风汤、建瓴汤等名方;重视预防,早期治疗,并提出了具体治疗方法.%This paper comprehensively analyzes Zhang Xichun's academic theories for apoplexy treatment. The main arguments and contributions of this paper include dialectically differentiating two types with cephalemia and the cerebral ane -mia; recognizing on the pathogenesis of cephalemia is that "both blood and qi is circulated on the top", however, the pathogenesis of cerebral anemia is that "Qi of the upper portion of the body being insufficient"; the treatment method is emphasized with the application of "calming the liver to stop the wind, and ensuring proper downward flow of the blood", and originally creating the famous prescriptions of Calming-liver and Stopping-wind Decoction and Jian Ling Decoction; point ing out that first principle are putting prevention and early treatment, and providing specific therapy methods.
