18F-FDG PET/CT在孤立性肺结节中的诊断价值

摘要

孤立性肺结节(SPN)是影像学诊断的难点,但其定性诊断至关重要.CT能对大部分结节做出定性诊断,但对一部分结节仍诊断困难.正电子发射体层摄影术(PET)作为一种新的成像方式,能提供结节的代谢信息,在SPN的诊断与鉴别中显示出很高的敏感性及准确性;而PET/CT综合SPN的代谢及形态信息,进一步提高了诊断准确性.%Though solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN)often present diagnostic challenges,it is of great importance to differentiating malignant and benign nodules. CT can identify most patients with SPN, but can not afford a few patients with SPN which have equivocate manifestations. PET is a new modality that can offer metabolic information of SPN, which resuits in higher diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy. PET/CT allows accurate analysis of anatomical/morphological and metabolic/functional correlations of SPN and gain an increasingly dominant role in the diagnostic approach to SPN.
