2006～2010年门诊口服降压药应用分析

摘要

目的:了解我院门诊口服降压药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法:调取2006～2010年我院门诊口服降压药的年销售金额和用量数据,运用药物频度分析法对其应用进行统计分析.结果:2006～2010年我院门诊口服降压药销售金额呈上升趋势,钙拮抗剂和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂两类降压药的销售金额增长尤为明显;销售金额位于前10位的药品普遍存在经济效益大于社会效益的问题.结论:在选择降压药时,应重视用药频度的排序,在保证治疗效果的情况下,应最大限度地降低药品的日均费用.%Objective: To study the use condition of oral antihypertensive drug in outpatient department in our hospital, in order to guide for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The annual sales amounts and dosage data of oral antihypertensive drugs in outpatient department of our hospital from 2006 to 2010 were submitted, and frequency statistical analysis was proceeded. Results: The sales amounts of oral antihypertensive drugs increased from 2006 to 2010, especially in calcium antagonists and angiotensin II receptor antagonist. The economic benefits of the top ten drugs in terms of sales amounts were usually greater than their social benefits. Conclusion: In order to minimize the average daily cost of drugs, attention should be paid to DDDs sorting when choosing antihypertensive drugs.
