Objective: To discuss the significance of electronic tracheal lens detection in terms of diagnosis foreign body in trachea and bronchus and the homologous nursing method of it. Methods: 100 cases of children who were suspected foreign body in trachea and bronchus and given electronic tracheal lens detection were analysed retrospectively. Results: By means of electronic tracheal lens detection, 64 cases were diagnosed with foreign body in bronchus, 40 cases had foreign body in left bronchus and 24 cases had foreign body in right bronchus; 11 cases were diagnosed with foreign body in trachea; 3 cases were diagnosed with foreign body in glottis or subglottic; 18 cases were diagnosed with throat bronchitis or tracheitis and anti-inflammatory treatment were given in internal medicine; 4 cases had no obvious exception in trachea. Conclusion: Electronic tracheal lens detection has more accuracy in diagnosis of foreign body in trachea and bronchus. During the process of detection, careful and comprehensive nursing work can help the examination implementation and reduce the complications.%目的:探讨电子气管镜检查在诊断儿童气管、支气管异物中的意义及相应的护理方法.方法:对2010年8月～2011年3月我院耳鼻喉科门诊因可疑为气管、支气管异物而行电子气管镜检查的患儿100例进行回顾性分析.结果:经电子气管镜检查,100例患儿中,有64例诊断为支气管异物,其中,左侧支气管异物40例,右侧支气管异物24例;11例诊断为正气管异物;3例诊断为声门或声门下异物;18例诊断为喉气管炎或气管炎,继续于内科进行抗炎治疗;4例气管内未见明显异常.结论:电子气管镜检查对于气管、支气管异物的诊断有较高准确性,在检查过程中进行仔细、全面的护理工作有助于检查的实施及减少并发症的发生.
