Objective: To observe the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia recurrence rate and the efficacy and complications. Methods: 84 cases were randomly divided into observation group (treated by tension-free repair) and control group (treated by traditional repair), each 42 cases. The efficacy, recurrence rate and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the blood loss of observation group was significantly less, postoperative ambulation was significantly earlier, and hospital stay time was significantly shorter (all P<0.05). Complications of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). 3, 6, 12 months after operation, the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The tension-free inguinal hernia repair is simple, with few complications, recurrence rate, patients with less pain, quicker recovery, and it is worthy of promotion and application.%目的:观察无张力修补术对腹股沟疝的疗效、复发率及并发症情况.方法:将2009年12月～2010年12月收治的84例腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组(给予无张力修补术治疗)与对照组(给予传统修补术治疗),每组各42例,比较两组的疗效、复发率及并发症情况.结果:与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量少,术后下床活动时间早,住院时间短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).两组并发症比较,观察组的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3、6、12个月观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝操作简单、并发症少、复发率低,患者痛苦少、恢复快,值得临床推广和应用.
