老年高血压患者血清尿酸水平变化的研究

摘要

Objective: To explore the change and implication of serium uric acid levels in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods: 230 cases patients with hypertension and 200 cases normal control were selected in this study. The serium uric acid levels were determined. Results: ① Thc serium uric acid levels in. Hypertensive patients with hypertensive were higher than those in normal control group (P<0.01). ② The incidences of high uric acid hematic disease in hypertensive patients were higher than those in normal control group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Serinm uric acid levels are elevated in elderly patients with hypertension, which is associated with hypertension.%目的:探讨老年高血压病患者血清尿酸水平变化及其意义.方法:选择高血压病患者230例(高血压组)及健康查体者200例(正常对照组),检测血清尿酸水平.结果:①与正常对照组比较,高血压病患者血清尿酸水平明显升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).②高血压病患者组高尿酸血症的发生率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001).结论:高血压病患者血清尿酸水平明显升高,血清尿酸水平升高与高血压有密切关系.
