HPLC法测定清热醒脑灵片中栀子苷的含量

摘要

Objective: To establish a method for determination of the contents of geniposide in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet. Methods: The HPLC method was used with Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4.6 mmx250 mm, 5 μm); the acetonitrile-water (15:85) was used as the mobile phase; the column temperature was 201; the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. Results: The linear range of geniposide was 6.36-95.40 μg/ml (r=0.999 9, n=6). The average recovery rate was 99.17% (RSD=2.28%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is selective and reproducible for determination of the contents of geniposide in Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet, which provides scientific evidence for quality control of Qingre Xingnaoling Tablet.%目的:建立可靠的清热醒脑灵片中栀子苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法,Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-水(15∶85);柱温:20℃;检测波长:238 nm.结果:栀子苷的线性范围为6.36～95.40 μg/ml(r=0.999 9,n=6);平均回收率为99.17%(RSD=2.28%,n=9).结论:本方法操作简便,专属性及重复性好,可用于清热醒脑灵片中栀子苷的含量测定,为本品的质量控制提供科学依据.
