闭合复位并动力髋螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and superiority of closed reduction and dynamic hip screw fixation in treatment of the elderly with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods: The clinical data of 28 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures, who were treated with closed reduction and dynamic hip screw from June 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and the experience of the treatment was summarized.Results: 28 patients were post-operative examination, and their bones were all healing, no internal fixation broken and infection.20 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good, 2 cases were fair and the good rate was 93％.Conclusion: The clinical confirms that the closed reduction and dynamic hip screw in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures has the characters of minimally invasive, simple operation and excellent fixed-effects, and it is worth promoting.[%目的:探讨闭合复位并动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的有效性以及优越性.方法:回顾性分析我科2008年6月～2009年6月收治的28例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,进行经验总结.结果:28例患者手术后检查均骨性愈合,且无内固定松动、折断以及感染症状,优20例,良6例,可2例,优良率达到93%.结论:临床证明,闭合复位并动力髋螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有微创、操作简单易行且固定效果优良等优点,值得大力推广.
