Objective: To study the clinical skill of the 220 community dentists in Beijing. Methods: The examination contained oral medicine. oral surgery, prosthodontics and case analysis, the examination method were practice and oral test.And the scores of all examinees were collected and statistically analyzed. Results: The overall situation of the result was fine. the rate of passing examination was 99.5％ (218/219). There was wide disparity in the scores of different examinees and different test stand (F=31.36, P＜0.05). The scores of oral surgery [(82.59±7.60) scores] and case analysis [(82.38±11.75) scores] were best, and oral medicine [(77.53±12.33) scores] was in middle, prosthodontics [(73.20±14.57) scores] was lowest. Conclusion: There is a big difference in the all communily dentists of Beijing. The fairness and the standard of pass should be studied and perfected.%目的:了解北京市14区县220名社区口腔医师对临床技能的掌握情况.方法:社区口腔医师的考核分口腔内科、口腔外科、口腔修复和病例分析4站,考核形式为实际操作和口试.统计4站考核成绩的分布情况,比较不同考站考核成绩的差异.结果:考核成绩整体优良,通过率达99.5%(218/219).但不同考生和不同考站的成绩存在较大差异(F=31.36,P<0.05),口腔外科[(82.59±7.60)分]和病例分析[(82.38±11.75)分]两站考核成绩最好,口腔内科[(77.53±12.33)分]居中,口腔修复[(73.20±14.57)分]最差.结论:社区口腔医师队伍参差不齐,公平进行考核和制订合适的通过标准还需进一步探讨.
