丁咯地尔辅助治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨丁咯地尔辅助治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效.方法:选取2008年7月～2010年9月我院内分泌科确诊的糖尿病足患者120例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组应用生脉注射液进行治疗,治疗组加用丁咯地尔辅助治疗,并比较两组患者的治疗效果及总有效率.结果:治疗组中显效31例,有效24例,无效5例,总有效率为91.67%;对照组显效27例,有效21例,无效12例,总有效率为80.00%.治疗组患者总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:丁咯地尔辅助治疗糖尿病足,可有效改善微循环和神经病变,既能促进溃疡愈合,又能缩短病程,值得临床推广.%Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of intrathecal hystereetomy. Methods: 25 patients were treated with intratheeal hysterectomy. The surgieal time, intraoperatiwe blooding, and the anal exhaust time were observed. Results:The operative time was 60-80 rain, the intraoperative blood loss was 100-200 ml, the exhaust appeared within 24 h after operation. No postoperative stump bleeding occurred. The average hospitalization time was 7 days. Conclusion: The intrathecal hysterectomy can reduce operation time, decrease blood loss and avoid the transfixion causedinjmy.
