薄层色谱法鉴别补肾益智丸的研究

摘要

目的:建立补肾益智丸的薄层鉴别方法.方法:运用TLC法对该制剂中的远志、石菖蒲、黄芪、当归四味药材进行鉴别研究,对照试验均以四味药材各自的有效成分与其相应的阴性对照品进行鉴别.结果:四味药材鉴别试验测定得清晰的斑点,重现性良好,且阴性无干扰.结论:运用TLC法鉴别制剂,操作简单,有较强的专属性和重现性,反应稳定,为今后该制剂质量控制标准的修订提供了定性依据.%Objective: To establish a thin layer identification of Bushen Yizhi Pill.Methods: Polygalaceae, Shichangpu, Astragalus, Angelica were identified and researched by TLC method, four kinds of medicines in control experiment were i-dentified with their active ingredients and (heir own corresponding negative reference substance.Results: Experimental determination of four flavor Herbs had a clear identification of spots, good reproducibility and the negative non-interference.Conclusion: Identification of TLC preparation is a simple operation, which has strong specificity and reproducibility, response stability.It can offer the qualitative basis for the future on revision of the standard in quality control of the preparation.
