Objective: To analyse clinical effects of high—dose Budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of acute onset of childhood asthma. Methods: 96 cases with acute onset of childhood asthma who had been diagnosed were randomly divided into three groups, in group A 32 cases were given conventional therapeutic dose 0.5 mg Budesonide aerosolized treatment; in group B 32 cases with conventional treatment on the basis of 0.5 mg Budesonide with aerosolized treatment; in control group with Dexamethasone Injection, ivgtt. Improvement score of symptoms and signs in an hour and the number of days that symptoms, signs disappeared were observed and compared. Results: Improvement score of symptoms and signs in a hour, the number of days that symptoms and signs disappeared in group B were better than those of in group A and control group, and the difference was statistically significant (ρ＜0.05). Conclusion: High-dose Budesonide Suspension for inhalation in the treatment of children with acute onset of asthma has a good effect and can be popularized.%目的:对大剂量布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效进行分析.方法:将我院被确诊为哮喘急性发作的儿童96例随机分为三组,A组32例给予常规治疗量0.5 mg布地奈德雾化吸人治疗;B组32例于常规治疗基础上加用布地奈德0.5 mg雾化吸入治疗;对照组给予静滴地塞米松注射液治疗.观察并比较三组1 h症状、体征改善评分及症状、体征消失的天数.结果:B组1 h症状、体征改善评分好于A组和对照组,症状、体征消失的天数比较B组也优于A组和对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论:大剂量布地奈德混悬液在儿童哮喘急性发作期雾化吸入疗效较好,可推广应用.
