CD44v6和MMP-9在腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and endoglin(CD44v6)in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in ACC, calculation of CD44v6 and MMP-9, the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software package. Results: The grading difference of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in normal salivary gland and adenoid cystic carcinoma was significant; As was also found in different pathological type of adenoid cystic carcinoma. Conclusion: CD44v6 expression is correlated with the pathological type of ACC, MMP-9 is highly expressed in ACC tissues, it might become promising targets for adenoid cystic carcinoma.%目的:研究CD44v6及MMP-9在腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义.方法:采用免疫组化法检测CD44v6、MMP-9在涎腺正常组织、腺样囊性癌各病理分型中的表达及定位,计算CD44v6和MMP-9评分,SPSS 17.0统计软件包进行数据分析.结果:CD44v6和MMP-9评分在涎腺正常组织与腺样囊性癌之间差异具有统计学意义;CD44v6和MMP-9评分在唾液腺腺样囊性癌各病理类型之间差异具有统计学意义.结论:CD44v6表达下降或者缺失可能与唾液腺腺样囊性癌的分型有关;MMP-9在腺样囊性癌各型中的表达水平均升高,有可能成为治疗腺样囊性癌的新靶点.
