人组织激肽释放酶10(KLK10)又称正常上皮细胞特异性-1(NES1)基因,在人体许多正常组织中表达,但在某些妇科肿瘤组织中表达失调,是近年来发现的一种新型抑癌基因.目前研究认为KLK10基因沉默主要是由KLK10外显子3高甲基化引起,KLK10甲基化与肿瘤发生、发展相关,是一种有前景的肿瘤标志物.研究KLK10表达产物及甲基化程度对妇科肿瘤患者的早期诊断及预后等都有重要意义.%Human tissue kallikrein 10 (KLK10), also known as normal epithelial cell specific-1 (NES1) gene, express in a variety of normal human tissues, but differentially express in some gynecologic tumors, is a new tumor suppressor gene discovered in recent years. The present study find that the KLK10 gene silencing is mainly caused by the KLK10 exon 3 methylation, and KLK10 methylation is related with tumor development. Researches about KLK10 expression products and the degree of methylation of gynecologic tumor in patients with early diagnosis and prognosis are of importance.
