广西莪术及其茎叶多糖的体外纤溶活性研究

     

摘要

目的 考察广西莪术及其茎叶多糖的体外纤溶活性.方法 用分步沉淀法,分离广西莪术及其茎叶的多糖,然后用纤维蛋白琼脂平板法考察不同醇沉多糖的纤溶活性.结果 广西莪术只有10%醇浓度沉淀多糖的体外纤溶效果稳定.广西莪术茎叶10%~30%的醇浓度沉淀多糖体外纤溶作用稳定,40%~60%的醇浓度沉淀多糖在高、中浓度时作用稳定,在低浓度时作用不稳定;在有纤溶活性的分步沉淀多糖中,除了10%和30%的醇浓度沉淀多糖具有浓度依赖性之外(P < 0.05),其余纤溶活性多糖均无浓度依赖性.结论 广西莪术及其茎叶的多糖成分具有体外纤溶活性.%Objective To observe the vitro fibrinolytic activities of polysaccharides from Rhizome and its stem and leaf of Curcuma kwangsiensis. Methods Fractional precipitation was used to separate the different polysaccharides and fibrin plate method was used to detect their vitro fibrinolytic activities. Results Only the 10% alcohol precipitated polysaccharides from Rhizome of Curcuma kwangsiensis had stable vitro fibrinolytic activities. The polysaccharides having.stable vitro fibrinolytic activities from stem and leaf of Curcuma kwangsiensis were the 10% to 30% alcohol precipitated polysaccharides and the high and medium concetration of 40% to 60% alcohol precipitated polysaccharides. 10% and 30% alcohol precipitated polysaccharides had vitro fibrinolytic activities in concentration dependent manner (P < 0.05). Other fibrinolytic activities polysaccharides had no concentra-tion-dependent. Conclusion Polysaccharides from rhizome, stem and leaf of Curcuma kwangsiensis has vitro fibrinolytic activities.
