Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of CA724, CEA, CA242, CA199 tumor markers for detecting gastric cancer. Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer (observation group) and 60 patients with benign gastric disease (control group I) and 60 healthy humans (control group I ) were selected, the serum of CA724, CEA, CA242 and CA199 of three groups were detected and analyzed statistically. Results The gastric I , ]I patients of CA724, CEA, CA242, of CA199 level were significantly higher than control groups (P < 0.05), the Ⅲ IV patients of the CA724, CEA, CA242 and CA199 level were very significantly higher than the two groups (P < 0.01). The positive rate of combined detection of gastric cancer Ⅰ, Ⅱ,Ⅲ, HI patients were significantly better than single detection (P < 0.05). Conclusion The tumor marker CA724, CEA, CA242 and CA199 expression is related to tumor clinical stage status with advanced gastric cancer, the higher positive rate of tumor markers, the joint detection can improve the diagnostic yield.%目的 探讨CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199肿瘤标志物联合检验在胃癌中的诊断价值.方法 选取我院60例各期胃癌患者(观察组)和60例胃良性病变(对照Ⅱ组)与60例健康体检者(对照Ⅰ组),对其血清CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199四项指标进行检测,并进行统计学分析比对.结果 胃癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者中CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199水平与明显高于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P < 0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199水平极其明显高于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P < 0.01).联合检测胃癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ患者的阳性率明显好于单项检测(P < 0.05),不过对于胃癌Ⅳ期检测两组的阳性率相差不大(P > 0.05).结论 肿瘤标志物CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199的表达与肿瘤的临床分期状况有关,胃癌越晚期,肿瘤标志物阳性率越高,联合检测能提高诊断阳性率.
