健康教育路径在经皮穿刺椎体成形术围术期患者中的应用

     

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of the health education path used in patients accepting percutaneous vertebroplasty during the perioperative. Methods 200 patients accepted percutaneous vertebroplasty were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 100 cases, the traditional methods of health education was used in control group, the health education path form was formulated and implemented according to the characteristics of percutaneous vertebroplasty and the patients' specific situation in experimental group. Results Compared with the control group, the satisfaction of the effect of health education increased by 6.72%, the average length of hospital stay shortened by 4.35 days. The differences were statistically significant in the degree of mastering disease-related knowledge and methods of functional exercise, the degree of the change of cognitive and behavioral (P < 0.01). Conclusion The mode of health education path is practicable in patients accepting percutaneous vertebroplasty during perioperative- enhancing patients' active postoperative, making patients recover quickly, improving the quality of care, improving the satisfaction of patients and their families.%目的 探讨健康教育路径应用于经皮穿刺椎体成形术(percutaneos vertebroplasty pvp)围术期患者的实施效果.方法 将我院100例经皮穿刺椎体成形术患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各100例.对照组采用传统的方法进行健康教育,实验组根据经皮穿刺椎体成形术的特点及患者的具体情况,制订并实施健康教育路径表格.结果 与对照组相比,实验组患者对健康教育效果满意度比对照组提高6.72%,平均住院天数缩短了4.35 d,在掌握疾病相关知识与功能锻炼的方法、认知与行为改变等方面比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01).结论 健康教育路径的教育模式,在经皮穿刺椎体成形术围术期患者中是切实可行的教育方法,该方法的实施,增强了患者及家属的主动参与意识,术后患者恢复快,提高了护理质量,提高了患者及家属的满意度.
