关于开展和推广优质护理服务的探索

     

摘要

目的 探讨以患者为中心的护理工作模式,落实医院"优质护理服务",评价开展"优质护理示范工程"的效果.方法 随机抽取2011年1月~2012年1月入住我院的290例经过优质护理的患者作为观察组,随机抽取2011年1月之前入住我院上述科室的290例常规护理患者作为对照组,对两组的基础护理质量评分、患者满意度及焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分进行对比分析.结果 自实施优质护理以来,全院的护理工作质量有了较大幅度的提高,患者满意度也由原来的95.2%提高至现在的100.0%;观察组SAS得分为(33.89±7.76)分,SDS得分为(32.55±8.98)分,对照组SAS得分为(46.81±11.89)分,SDS得分为(41.21±10.20)分,观察组的SAS和SDS均明显低于对照组,且差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 我院自建立以患者为中心的护理工作模式以来,患者的满意度与基础护理质量有了很大程度地提高,患者的心理状况有了明显地改善,焦虑、抑郁的情绪基本消失,说明大力开展与推广医院优质护理服务,能够大大提高医院护理的质量,提高患者满意度,消除低沉的心理状况,应在护理工作中加以推广和宣传.%Objective To investigate the patient-centered nursing mode, implement hospital ''high quality nursing service", evaluate the effect of "quality care demonstration project evaluation". Methods 290 cases after quality care for patients from Mar 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group, 290 cases after routine nursing care for patients before Mar 2011 as the control group, the basis quality of care score, patient satisfaction, self rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores and the self-Rating depression scale fSDS) scores of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Since the implementation of quality nursing care, hospital nursing work quality had greatly improved, patients' satisfaction also increased from the original 95.2% to 100.0% now; the SAS scoring of observation group were (33.89±7.76) scores and SDS scores were (32.55±8.98) scores, while the SAS scoring of control group were (46.81±11.89) scores and SDS scoring were (41.21 ±10.20) scores, and significantly defenses existed (P < 0.01). Conclusion Patient-centered care model is established in our hospital, patient satisfaction with the quality of basic nursing score has improvedrnIn a word, developing and promoting the hospital quality care could significantly improve the quality of hospital care and patient satisfaction, eliminate the deep psychological condition, and should be vacated in the nursing work of promotion and publicity.
