FITC-CSNRDARRC分子探针靶向标记与膀胱移行细胞癌分级相关性的研究

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation between FITC CSNRDARRC molecular probe targeted mai-ker and classification of bladder transitional cell cancer. Methods Fluorescence immunoassay technique was adopted. FITC -CSNRDARRC molecular probe was used to mark 68 cases of bladder transitional cell cancer tissue. Laser scanning confo-cal microscope was used for quantitative measurement. Results Fluorescence was observed in all grades Ⅰ . Ⅱ and Ⅲ bladder transitional cell cancer tissues and the fluorescence value was positively correlated to the cancer degree (rs=0.942, P < 0.01), with statistically significant difference among the three groups (P < 0.017). Then pairwise comparisons were carried out, the grade Ⅰ bladder cancer group had significantly different with the grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ  bladder cancer groups (P < 0.05), and the grade Ⅱ bladder cancer group had significantly different with the grade Ⅲ bladder cancer group (P < 0.05). Conclusion FITC-CSNRDARRC molecular probe targeted marker, which is positively correlated to the classification of bladder transitional cell cancer, can distinguish different pathological grades of bladder cancer.%目的 探讨FITC-CSNRDARRC分子探针靶向标记与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级的相关性.方法 采用荧光免疫技术,使用FITC-CSNRDARRC分子探针标记68例膀胱移行细胞癌组织,激光扫描共聚焦显微镜定量检测.结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级膀胱移行细胞癌组织均可见荧光表达,荧光值与肿瘤级别呈正相关(rs=0.942,P < 0.01),三组差异有统计学意义(P < 0.017);行各组间两两比较显示,Ⅰ级膀胱癌组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级膀胱癌组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05),Ⅱ级膀胱癌组与Ⅲ级膀胱癌组比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 FITC-CSNRDARRC分子探针靶向标记与膀胱移形细胞癌病理分级呈正相关,能够区分不同病理级别的膀胱癌.
