PURPOSE:To efficiently acquire a program rating channel data at a specific point of time by allowing a home terminal to match a time with a current time, storing a program rating channel data for each research unit time and collecting the program rating channel data stored in a center from the home terminal. CONSTITUTION:A program rating channel data collection device 2 informs a current time.research unit time to home terminals 5-1-5-n and the home terminal 5-1 stores a program rating channel data to a memory 7-1 at an interval of a program rating unit time. Then the center side program rating channel data collection device 2 collects a program rating channel data stored in the home terminals 5-1-5-n, in which a program rating channel data at a relevant time zone to the time is read from the memory and the data is returned to the center. Thus, the program rating research is attained.
