目的 探讨老年肺炎患者使用抗生素的特点与合理选用情况,提出用药建议,以便临床上的指导与实践.方法 我院2009～2010年收治的老年肺炎患者共35例,以<抗生素临床应用指导原则>为标准,采用回顾性分析调查法,对所收治的老年肺炎患者使用抗生素情况进行合理性的临床统计分析,以方便临床合理用药,控制耐药发生及其传播,提高老年肺炎的治愈率.结果 对老年肺炎患者临床使用药物多达16种,并且搭配了具有消炎抗菌作用的中药制剂同用,普遍运用联合用药,治愈率达到34.3%,好转率达65.7%.结论 对老年肺炎患者的抗生素药物应用普遍合理,要选择高效、高敏药物,其依据为疾病的特点与病原学诊断及药敏实验,同时要严格遵循药代动力学与药效学,针对不良反应进行合理用药,做到有效实施药学的监护,治疗效果力争理想.%Objective To investigate the characteristics of use and reasonable selection of antibiotics of elderly patients with pneumonia and propose medication recommendations in order to facilitate clinical guidance and practice. Methods Taking Guiding Principles of Clinical Application of Antibiotics as the standard, the use of antibiotics of 35 elderly patients with pneumonia admitted to out hospital from 2009 to 2010 was analyzed for rationality using the retrospective analysis in order to facilitate clinical rational drug use, control the occurrence and spread of drug resistance and promote the cure rate of elderly patients with pneumonia. Results There were up to 16 types of drugs in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia and Chinese medicine preparation with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect was co-administrated. Drug combination was commonly used, with the cure rate of 34.3% and improved rate of 65.7%. Conclusion The use of antibiotics is common in the treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia. Highly effective and highly sensitive drugs should be chosen, of which, the basis includes characteristics and pathological diagnosis of disease and drug sensitivity test. Meanwhile, drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics should be followed strictly, drugs specific to adverse reactions should be used rationally and achieve effective guardianship of pharmacy in order to reach the ideal curative effects.
