三维适形放疗联合康莱特注射液治疗中晚期食管癌的耐受性研究

摘要

Objective To compare the tolerance of patients with esophageal carcinoma of middle-advanced stage treated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D CRT) combined with Kanglaite Injection or not. Methods A total of 60 patients in accord with conditions were selected and randomly divided into radiotherapy combined with Kanglaite group (combination group) and single radiotherapy group (control group). Patients in the combination group were concurrently treated with Karudaite Injection (100 mL/d, ivgu, d1-21, q4w). The radiation esopbagitis, numeration of leukocyte and KPS scores of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of 2, 3 grades radiation esophagitis and total incidence of radiation esophagitis in the combination group were lower than those in the control group, while the decline degree of numeration of leukocyte in the combination group was lower and KPS scores was higher than those in the control group, all differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion 3D CRT combined with Kanglaite Injection treatment can improve the tolerance of patients with esophageal carcinoma of middle-advanced stage.%目的 比较中晚期食管癌患者放射治疗中联合或不联合康莱特注射液的耐受性.方法 收集符合入选条件的患者60例,随机分为康莱特联合放疗组(联合组)和单一放疗组(对照组),联合组使用康莱特注射液(100 mL,静滴1次/d,d1~21,4周重复),主要观测指标为放射性食管炎、白细胞计数及患者KPS评分.结果 联合组2、3级放射性食管炎发生率及总发生率均较低,血白细胞计数下降程度较小,且KPS评分较高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 三维适形放疗联合康莱特注射液能提高中晚期食管癌患者耐受性.
