爱康肤银离子敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤残余创面临床疗效观察

     

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ai Kang Fu Ag+ dressings combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel deep to treat second degree burn residual wounds. Methods By using same body comparison, select the inclusion criteria of residual wounds from the 32 patients and divided them into two groups in average. After same time same method of debridement, the control group was treated with Baikerui gauze dressing, the treatment group was treated with Ai Kang Fu Ag+ dressings combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel. The differences of healing time, healing rate, bacterial culture-positive rate between two groups were observed and compared. The liver and kidney function and the presence of adverse reactions were monitored during the treatment. Results The wound healing time of treatment group decreased compared with the control group [(16.23+1.27) d vs (19.48±1.53) d], the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After administration of the first 7 d, 14 d and 21 d, the wound healing of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group [(58.27±16.43)% vs (43.12+15.65)%, (88.47±11.76)% vs (65.23±12.45)%, (97.08±1.61)% vs (96.17+1.58)%], and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The positive rate of the two groups of wound bacterial culture had no difference (P > 0.05), 7 d ,14 d after treatment the treatment group wound bacterial culture positive rate was lower than the control group, and there were significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with clinical practice topical anti-infectives Bairuike gauze, Ai Kang Fu Ag+ dressings combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel can effectively increase the speed of the healing of deep II burn residual wounds. It significantly shortened the wound healing time, reduced wound bacterial infection, and has no significant adverse reactions during treatment.%目的 观察爱康肤银离子敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤残余创面的临床疗效.方法 采用同体对照法,在32例患者身上选取符合纳入标准的残余创面,一分为二后随机分为两组,同步同法清创后,对照组部位应用百克瑞纱布换药治疗,治疗组部位用爱康肤银离子敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶换药治疗,观察比较两组创面的愈合时间、愈合率、细菌培养阳性率的差异,并对受试者在治疗期间的肝肾功能及有无不良反应进行监测.结果治疗组较对照组的创面愈合时间缩短[(16.23±1.27)d vs (19.48±1.53)d],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).用药后的第7、14、21天,治疗组创面愈合率均显著高于试验组[(58.27±16.43)% vs (43.12±15.65)%,(88.47±11.76)% vs (65.23±12.45)%,(97.08±1.61)% vs (96.17±1.58)%],两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05).两组创面细菌培养阳性率在治疗前差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),治疗后7、14 d,治疗组创面细菌培养阳性率均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 与临床常规外用抗感染药物百克瑞纱布相比,爱康肤银离子敷料联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶可有效加速深Ⅱ度烧伤后残余创面的愈合速度,明显缩短创面愈合时间,减少创面细菌感染,且在治疗过程中未见明显不良反应.
