药物性肝肾损伤患者的用药分析及监护

Medication of patients with drug-induced liver and kidney damage is a difficult problem for clinical physicians.rnThrough clinical pharmacists' participation in the treatment practice of one patient with live and kidney damage andrnthrough correlation analysis between adverse reactions and drugs, analysis of medication and monitoring of medication, itrnhas shown that clinical physicians can participate in the treatment team and use their advantages.%药物性肝肾功能损伤患者的用药问题是临床医师较为棘手的问题.本文通过临床药师参与1例肝肾功能损伤患者的治疗过程的实践,通过对不良反应与药物的相关性分析、治疗用药的分析以及对患者的用药监护,表明临床药师可以参与医师的治疗团队,利用自身优势体现其价值.
