Cerebral hemorrhage has become one of the major cause to damage people's health in our country. On the other hand, the cost for treatment has been increasing and adding more pressure to the patients and the society as well. There have been relevant researches focusing on different aspects of standardized tertiary rehabilitation including the analysis of impacts brought by using this standardized tertiary rehabilitation to the patients' physical functions and quality of life; the analysis of economic effectiveness of standardized tertiary rehabilitation for sudden cerebral hemorrhage; and the analysis and evaluation of cost-effectiveness of standardized tertiary rehabilitation for cerebral hemorrhage patients. This article reviews the recent on the internal health economics evaluation of the standardized three stages rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients. The main contents they studied on grouping, the total cases, evaluation scale, the mode of health economic evaluation and conclusion which have been a comprehensive comparison. Discussion about similarities and differences a-mong them, and provides a theoretical basis for the research on this.%脑卒中已成为影响我国人民健康的强大杀手之一,其治疗产生的费用已经逐渐给患者个人乃至社会带来沉重的经济负担.现阶段我国相关研究进展集中在三级康复方案的应用对急性脑卒中患者生理功能、生存质量的影响；急性脑卒中三级康复方案的经济有效性分析；脑卒中患者三级康复治疗方案作成本-效果的经济学分析评价等.本文综述了近年来国内有关脑卒中三级康复治疗的卫生经济学评价,对他们的主要研究内容,包括分组方式、总病例数、采用了哪些评价量表、卫生经济学评价方式以及结论作了综合比较,并讨论了各研究之间的异同,为今后此方面的研究提供理论依据.
