体外受精和胚胎移植术患者支原体培养及药敏分析

     

摘要

目的 了解体外受精和胚胎移植术(IVF)患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染趋势及其对抗生素的敏感性.方法 采用支原体培养方法 检测我市生殖医学中心2009年3月~2011年3月IVF患者宫颈分泌物的解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh),分析其对抗生素的敏感性.结果 1 372例IVF患者共检出支原体257例,阳性率18.73%,其中Uu感染211例(82.10%),Mh感染19例(7.39%),Uu合并Mh(Uu+Mh)感染27例(10.51%).支原体感染率呈下降趋势.药敏试验结果 显示:Uu对四环素、美满霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素表较为敏感;Uu+Mh对罗红霉素较敏感;而Mh感染者对克拉霉素高度耐药.结论 Uu是IVF患者感染的主要支原体,Uu+Mh感染使其耐药性增加.美满霉素、强力霉素等可作为治疗支原体感染的临床用药.%Objective To investigate the mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility in patients with fertilization and embryo transplantation in vitvo. Methods 1 372 cases of patience admitted to center for reproductive medicine in our city from March 2009 to March 2011 were investigated for Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu), Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and drug sentivity because of fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF) in vitro. Results 257 cases were mycoplasma-positive (18.73%). Among these 211 cases were Uu-positive (82.10%), 19 cases were Mh-positive (7.39%) and 27 cases were positive both for Uu and Mh (10.51%) respectively. UU infection rate showed a decline in tendency. Drug susceptibility test showed that UU was more sensitive to tetracycline, minocycline, doxycycline and clarithromycin, and UU + Mh was more sensitive to roxithromycin, while Mh infection was highly resistant to clarithromycin. Conclusion Mycoplasma infection may affect the success rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation, it is necessary to regard Mycoplasma detection and drug sensitivity test as one of routine preoperative examination.
