Objective To study the method of automatic preparation of Qingshen Concentrated Pill. Methods The preparation of the automatic process from the consistency, the capability, the shape of the pills, and the standards include water content, disintegration time and weight variation defined in Chinese Pharmacopeia (2010 edition) were analyzed. Results Qingshen Concentrated Pill was prepared in conditions of the diameter of the outlet of drug stick 5.3 millimetres and slitter 5.5 millimetres, the speed of agitating materials 25 rounds per minute and incisding drug stick 28 rounds per minute. The powder was mixed in the adhesives of concentrated physic liquor, 10% starch paste and depurated water to form semi product with 41% water centent to prepare the pills. Conclusion The method of preparation is advisable and efficient, which can replace the traditional manual process.%目的 研究清肾浓缩丸自动化生产的制备工艺.方法 从丸剂自动化生产过程的连贯性、生产能力、丸粒性状和<中国药典>2010年版规定的水分、溶散时限和重量差异等方面考察该制备工艺的可行性.结果 选择以出条片和切刀直径尺寸分别为5.3 mm和5.5 mm,在推料速度为25 r/min、切丸速度为28 r/min的条件下,以浓缩药液、10%淀粉浆和纯化水为粘合剂,与药粉混合制成含水量约为41%的软材后进行制丸(其中药粉:10%淀粉浆=2:1).结论 该制备工艺合理,生产效率高,可以取代传统手工生产方式.
