Objective To compare the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) TB antibody detection kit and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) TB antibody detection kit on the auxiliary diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods The level of anti-TB antibody in 360 serum were detected by the CLIA and ELISA kits, and the results were analyzed by statistical software. Results The detection rate of CLIA and ELISA kits was 71.2% (185/260) and 58.5% (152/260) in active TB group respectively, which had significant difference (P < 0.05). Among 100 healthy controls, 89 and 93 cases were negative detected by the two kits, the specificities was 89.0% and 93.0% respectively, which had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion The CLIA kit and ELISA kit have the same specificities in the detection of anti-tuberculosis antibody, but the sensitivities of CLIA kit is significantly higher than the ELISA kit.%目的 比较化学发光免疫分析(chemiluminescence immunoassay,CLIA)与酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)两种抗结核抗体检测试剂盒在结核病辅助诊断中的应用价值.方法 分别用CLIA和ELISA检测试剂盒对360例血清标本中的抗结核抗体进行检测,并对检测结果进行比较分析.结果 CLIA和ELISA两种检测试剂盒对260例活动性肺结核患者血清标本的检出率分别为71.2%(185/260)和58.5%(152/260),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05); 100例健康人血清标本中两种试剂盒检测的阴性例数分别为89例和93例,两种试剂盒的特异性分别为89.0%和93.0%,差异无统计学意义 (P > 0.05).结论在结核抗体检测中CLIA检测试剂盒与ELISA检测试剂盒的特异性无显著性差别,CLIA检测试剂盒灵敏度显著高于ELISA检测试剂盒.
