25硫酸镁联合丹参注射液治疗胎儿生长受限的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨25%硫酸镁联合丹参注射液治疗胎儿生长受限的作用.方法 回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2011年1月临床诊断FGR的孕妇100例,分为两组,对照组(48例):常规吸氧,左侧卧位,每天静脉滴注能量合剂:10%葡萄糖500 mL+辅酶A 100 U+三磷酸腺苷40 mg+维生素C 2 g,复方氨基酸500 mL,连用10 d为1个疗程.治疗组(52例):在以上治疗的基础上,予25%硫酸镁40 mL+5%葡糖糖250 mL,复方丹参注射液4 g+5%葡萄糖500 mL,静滴,1次/d,连用10 d为1个疗程.结果 治疗组较对照组孕妇宫高、体重明显增长,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05);彩色多普勒超声诊断仪显示胎儿脐血流S/D比值明显降低,胎儿双顶径增长明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05);治疗组新生儿出生体重、胎盘重量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05).结论 25%硫酸镁联合丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗胎儿生长受限,能改善胎盘血流灌注,增加对母体静脉输入营养物质的摄取量,促进胎儿生长发育.%Objective To evaluate the effect of 25% Magnesium Sulfate combined with Salvia Injection on fetal growth restriction (FGR). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 pregnant women with FGR hospitalized from January 2009 to January 2011. Patients were randomized into 2 groups, the treated group included 52 cases, the control group included 48 cases. Oxygen uptake, left lateral position, intravenous hyperalimentation (IVH) with energy mixture (10% Glucose 500 mL + CoA 100 U + Triphosaden 40 mg + Vitamin C 2 g) and Compound Amino Acid (500 mL) were used in control group for 10 days. In the treated group,except for the treatment of the control group, Magnesium Sulfate (40 mL), 5% Glucose (250 mL) and Salvia Injection (4 gram), 5% Glucose (500 mL) were used for 10 days,once a day. Results Height of fundus of uterus, biparietal diameter of fetus, femur length of fetus of the study group were obviously higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Umbilical blood S/D of the study group was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The birth weight of neonates and the weight of the placenta of the study group were obviously more than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion 25% Magnesium Sulfate combined with Salvia Injection can improve placenta function, promote fetal growth, which has an obvious effect on FGR.
