脑干肿瘤的单纯放疗和术后放疗观察

摘要

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of radiotherapy alone and postoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with brain stem tumor. Methods: 100 patients with brain stem tumor admitted in our department of our hospital from October 2002 to December 2006 were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into group A and group B, with 50 patients in each group. The 50 patients in group A received postoperative radiology while the 50 patients in group B re -ceived radiology alone. The corresponding DT (radiation absorbed dose) effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Group A was significantly superior to group B in the curative effects (P<0.05) and showed the best DT effects in 50-55 Gy. Conclusion: The application of surgical treatment plus postoperative radiotherapy in patients with brain stem tumor has accurate effects, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:观察脑干肿瘤患者分别进行单纯放疗与术后放疗的临床效果.方法:回顾我院2002年10月~2006年12月,我科收治的100例脑干肿瘤患者临床资料,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组各50例,对A组50例患者进行手术治疗加术后放疗,对B组50例患者采取单纯放疗,并对两组相应放疗吸收剂量(DT)疗效进行对比.结果:A组疗效明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),并且DT在50和55 Gy时疗效最佳.结论:脑干肿瘤患者应用手术治疗加术后放疗,疗效确切,应予临床推广应用.
