情绪疗法对儿科护士压力应对方式的影响

     

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of emotional treatment to deal with pressure for nurse in pediatrics department. Methods 24 cases of nurses in pediatrics department were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, each had 12 patients. Control group was given general supportive psychological nursing, the study group was given the emotional treatment on the basis of the control group. After 3 months, the self-assessment lists of symptom (SCL-90) and coping styles questionnaire surveying for nurses in two groups were evaluated, and the family satisfaction was statistically counted. Results After intervention, the total score of SGL-90, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostile factor of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the solving problems, help, rationalization score of coping styles scale were higher than those of the control group, remorse, fantasy, retreat score were lower than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). The control group did not change significantly (P > 0.05). The satisfaction rate was significantly higher in study group than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Giving the emotional therapy for nurse in pediatrics department to do the psychological counseling, can change their unreasonable faith, improve health, improve work efficiency and patient's satisfaction.%目的 探讨情绪疗法对儿科护士压力应对方式的影响.方法 24例儿科护士随机分为研究组和对照组,各12例.对照组给予一般支持性心理护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用情绪疗法.3个月后对两组护士采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问卷进行测评,并统计患儿家属满意度.结果 经干预,研究组SGL-90总分及躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑和敌对因子得分显著低于对照组,应对方式量表中解决问题、求助、合理化得分高于对照组,自责、幻想、退避得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P < 0.05).对照组各项变化不明显(P > 0.05).研究组满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 对儿科护士采用情绪疗法进行心理辅导,可改变其不合理的信念,改善身心健康,提高工作效率及病患满意度.
