高压氧对慢性疲劳综合征大鼠血清卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素的影响

     

摘要

目的 观察高压氧治疗对慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)大鼠卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)的影响.方法 将50只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、高压氧对照组、CFS模型组、CFS高压氧组及CFS休息组,每组各10只.采用负重力竭游泳的方法 建立CFS动物模型,采用放射免疫法检测血清促性腺激素(FSH、LH)水平.结果 CFS模型组FSH[(0.104 00±0.049 69)U/L]、LH[(0.153 00±0.050 56)U/L]水平低于空白对照组[(0.248 00±0.089 29)、(0.257 00±0.073 34)U/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);CFS高压氧组FSH[(0.221 00±0.061 73)U/L]、LH[(0.226 00±0.060 59)U/L]水平高于CFS模型组[(0.104 00±0.049 69)、(0.153 00±0.050 56)U/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);CFS高压氧组FSH[(0.221 00±0.061 73)U/L]、LH[(0.226 00±0.060 59)U/L]水平与空白对照组[(0.248 00±0.089 29)、(0.257 00±0.073 34)U/L]比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05).CFS休息组FSH[(0.137 00±0.041 38)U/L]、LH[(0.134 00±0.041 15)U/L]水平与CFS模型组[(0.104 00±0.049 69)、(0.153 00±0.050 56)U/L]比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);高压氧对照组FSH[(0.198 00±0.074 06)U/L]、LH[(0.244 00±0.043 26)U/L]与空白对照组[(0.248 00±0.089 29)、(0.257 00±0.073 34)U/L]比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05).结论 CFS大鼠FSH、LH水平下降,经高压氧治疗后FSH、LH水平较前明显恢复,正常动物行高压氧治疗对FSH、LH水平无影响.%Objective To observe effect of influence of hyperbaric oxygen in serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) on chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) rats. Methods 50 cases of SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, hyperbaric oxygen control group, CFS model group, CFS hyperbaric oxygen treatment group, and CFS rest group with 10 rats in each group. CFS rates model were established by weight bearing exhaustion swimming, the level of FSH and LH were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results FSH [(0.104 00±0.049 69) U/L] and LH [(0.153 00±0.050 56) U/L] in CFS model group were lower than those in blank control group [(0.248 00±0.089 29), (0.257 00±0.073 34) U/L], the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); FSH [(0.221 00±0.061 73) U/L] and LH [(0.226 00±0.060 59) U/L] in CFS hyperbaric oxygen treatment group were higher than those in CFS model group [(0.104 00±0.049 69), (0.153 00±0.050 56) U/L], the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the differences of FSH and LH in CFS hyperbaric oxygen treatment group [(0.221 00±0.061 73), (0.226 00±0.060 59) U/L] and blank control group [(0.248 00±0.089 29), (0.257 00±0.073 34) U/L] were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The differences of FSH and LH in CFS rest group [(0.137 00±0.041 38), (0.134 00±0.041 15) U/L] and CFS model group [(0.104 00±0.049 69), (0.153 00±0.050 56) U/L] were not statistically significant (P > 0.05); the differences of FSH and LH in hyperbaric oxygen control group [(0.198 00±0.074 06), (0.244 00±0.043 26) U/L] and blank control group [(0.248 00±0.089 29), (0.257 00±0.073 34) U/L] were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The CFS rats have declining level of FSH and LH, and have obvious recovery after the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. For normal rats, there is no influence of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the level of FSH and LH.
