目的 探讨影响牙周病的相关因素及预防对策.方法 将134例牙周病患者作为观察组,选择同期134例健康体检人群作为对照组,比较两组性别、年龄、教育程度、经济收入、吸烟、牙周疾病知识、自身口腔健康状况评价、定期接受口腔检查、近2个月内是否存在精神压力、营养不良、糖尿病方面的差异.结果 单因素分析显示,9个因素差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05),Logistic回归分析显示影响牙周病危险因素主要是缺少牙周病知识(OR = 3.70)、吸烟(OR = 3.39)、营养不良(OR = 3.01)、糖尿病(OR = 2.78).结论 牙周病是多因素疾病,预防需从多方面考虑,防止病情发生和发展:开展口腔卫生宣教、戒烟、合理调整营养、控制血糖水平.%Objective To study relative factors and prevention countermcasures of periodontal disease. Methods 134 patients with periodontal disease were collected as observation group, at the same time 134 cases of healthy persons were collected as control group, reference and combining with the actual working condition, gender, age, education level, economic income, smoking, periodontal disease knowledge, oral health evaluation, regular oral examination, mental stress of nearly 2 months, malnutrition, diabetes of the two groups were compared. Results Single factor analysis, there were significant differences in the nine factors (all P ＜ 0.05), Logistic regression analysis influence periodontal disease risk factors: the lack of periodontal disease knowledge (OR=3.70), smoking (OR=3.39), malnutrition (OR= 3.01), diabetes (OR=2.78). Conclusion Periodontal disease is a disease with more factors, prevention from various aspects to consider, prevent disease occurrence and development: conducting oral hygiene mission, to give up smoking, reasonable adjustment nutrition, control blood sugar levels.
