目的 研究微创介入治疗对急性脑梗死患者血清神经生长因子(NGF)、神经营养因子(NTF)、内皮生长因子(VEGF)细胞因子的影响.方法 选择在我院就诊的急性脑梗死患者,随机分为给予微创介入治疗的观察组和低分子肝素钠治疗的对照组,检测治疗后血清中NGF、NTF、VEGF细胞因子的含量、评估神经功能和精神状态.结果 治疗后3 d和7 d时观察组血清中NGF、NTF、VEGF含量均明显高于对照组(均P < 0.05);CSS评分、NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组(均P < 0.05).结论 微创介入治疗能够促进NGF、NTF、VEGF的表达,对于急性脑梗死的治疗具有积极意义.%Objective To study effect of interventional therapy on serum nerve growth factor (NGF), neurotrophic factor (NTF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected and randomly divided into observation group (were given interventional treatment) and control group (were given low molecular heparin). Then serum NGF, NTF, VEGF were detected and neurological function, mental state were observed. Results 3 d and 7 d after therapy, serum NGF, NTF, VEGF levels of observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P < 0.05); CSS score, NIHSS score of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Interventional therapy can promote the NGF, NTF, VEGF expression and has positive significance for acute cerebral infarction.
