语言康复训练档案在ICU脑卒中失语患者中的应用效果

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of the establishment of rehabilitation training files on the recovery of lan-guage functional of patients with aphasia after stroke in ICU. Methods 67 cases of aphasia patients from February 2010 to May 2013 in the Department of Neurology ICU of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (35 cases). Routing nursing was provided to the patients of the control group, while language rehabilitation training records were established in the patients of the observation group in addi-tion. Also nurse concern of the patient's aphasia condition and plan of language rehabilitation training were offered to observation group. Language function of patients from both of the two groups were assessed before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results ①The degree of aphasia and depression in the control group before and after treatment had no sta tistically significant difference (t = 1.80, 2.93; all P> 0.05); the degree of aphasia and depression in the observation group before and after treatment had no statistically significant difference (t=5.97, 6.57;all P<0.05).② The total ef-fective rate in the observation group after treatment was 94.20%, the control group was 68.75%, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ²=5.779, P < 0.05). Conclusion The establishment of language rehabilitation training can monitor aphasia condition of patients after stroke in ICU, and improve the psychological status and function of language function effectively.%目的:探讨建立康复训练档案对ICU脑卒中后失语患者的语言功能恢复效果。方法将2010年2月~2013年5月于武汉大学人民医院神经内科监护室住院的67例脑卒中后失语患者分为对照组(32例)和观察组(35例),对照组按脑卒中护理常规进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上建立语言康复训练档案,护士随时关注患者的失语状况,进行计划性语言康复训练,并对患者入院时、入院4周后的语言功能状况进行评估,观察两组患者失语、抑郁程度及SCL-90清单得分减分率的临床疗效评定效果。结果①对照组治疗前的失语、抑郁程度与治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(t =1.80、2.93,均P>0.05);观察组治疗前的失语、抑郁程度与治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.97、6.57,均P<0.05)。②治疗后观察组的总有效率为94.20%,对照组为68.75%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=5.779,P<0.05)。结论建立语言康复训练档案能系统观察ICU住院患者失语状况,有效地改善脑卒中后失语患者的心理状态和语言功能。
