Objective To evaluate the long term efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy regimens of FOLFOX4 and 5-FU/LV after radical resection for colorectal cancer. Methods 63 patients after radical resection for colorectal cancer admit-ted to the Second People's Hospital of Meishan City from December 2011 to May 2014 were selected as research ob-jects, and they were divided into experiment group (30 cases) and control group (33 cases) according to the difference of chemotherapy regimens. The patients in the control group were treated with 5-FU/LV adjuvant chemotherapy regi-men after operation and patients in the experiment group were treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen after op-eration. All of the enrolled patients received at least 4 cycles treatment regimen. The survival time and chemotherapy side effects were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The follow up period of the two groups was 12-40 months, with the median follow up period of 22.3 month. The median survival time was 30.2, 22.3 months for the experiment group and control group respectively, the Log-rank test for the median survival time of the two groups showed that the experiment group was higher than control group (HR = 1.87, 95%CI: 1.06-3.64, P< 0.05); the main adverse events of the two groups were grade 1 and 2 gastrointestional reactions. Conclusion FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen can improve the long term survival time for patients after radical resection for colorectal cancer, without in-creasing the side effects.%目的：探讨结直肠癌根治术后行FOLFOX4与5-FU/LV辅助化疗方案的远期疗效。方法选择四川省眉山市第二人民医院2011年12月~2014年5月收治的63例结直肠癌根治术后患者为研究对象,根据化疗方案的不同将其分为试验组30例和对照组33例,其中对照组术后给予5-FU/LV辅助化疗,试验组术后行FOLFOX4方案化疗,两组患者至少接受4个周期的化疗方案。分析比较两组患者生存时间及化疗不良反应。结果两组患者随访12~40个月,中位随访时间为28.1个月。试验组中位生存时间为30.2个月,对照组为22.3个月,两组患者中位生存时间经Log-rank检验显示,试验组显著高于对照组(HR =1.87,95%CI院1.06~3.64,P<0.05)。两组患者主要不良反应为1~2级胃肠道反应。结论 FOLFOX4化疗方案用于结直肠癌根治术后辅助化疗可显著延长患者中位生存时间,且不增加不良反应。
