基于文献计量学的抑郁症与肠道菌群关联性研究

摘要

以Web of Science核心合集、万方数据库、CNKI数据库收录关于抑郁症与肠道菌群关系的文献为研究对象,利用Citespace进行可视化分析可知USA发文较多,大学和研究所是主要研究力量.depression、probiotics、intestinal microbiota、therapy、fecal microbiota、disease、bifidobacterium、escherichia-coli、poultry、fermented dairy-products等关键词中心性较高,起连接作用.对内容进行分析可知抑郁症与肠道菌群关联性研究集中在动物模型阶段,并没有较大规模人群的相关研究.肠道菌群是怎样影响宿主中枢神经系统,其具体的机制尚不十分清楚.一些动物模型研究的结果,是否适用于人类,还有待进一步确定.%The literatures on the relationship between depression and intestinal microflora are collected from the Web of Science core collection,Wanfang database and CNKI database.USA issued more,universities and research institutes are the main research force according visualization tool Citespace.Depression,probiotics,intestinal microbiota,therapy,fecal microbiota and other keywords are more high centrality,means they plays a connection role.Depression associated with intestinal microflora studies have focused on animal models and have not been studied in large populations.How the intestinal microflora affects the central nervous system of the host is not well understood.The results of some animal models are suitable for humans or not need to be further defined.
