Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of MTSS-1 and SOX2 and clinicopathological in colon cancer.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,80 cases colon cancer patients,who were treated in Qinhuangdao City No.1 Hospital were selected as the research object,the levels of MTSS1 and SOX2 expression were tested by two step immunohistochemical method,and the clinical and pathological features of MTSS1 and SOX2 expression correlation were analyzed.Results The positive expressions of MTSS1 and SOX2 protein in colon cancer tissues were significantly lower than the adjacent contiguous zone,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01).The positive expressions of MTSS1 and SOX2 were significant difference between the deposit rate of different degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging of cancer tissue,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01).The degree of differentiation was the risk factor of MTSS1 positive expression (P < 0.05).The degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis were risk factors of positive expression of SOX2 (P < 0.05).Conclusion The expression of MTSS1 and SOX2 in colon cancer tissues is closely related to the degree of differentiation,and the lymph node metastasis is significantly related to the expression of SOX2.%目的 分析转移抑制因子1 (MTSS-1)及胚胎干细胞关键蛋白(SOX2)在结肠癌组中表达及与临床病理关系.方法 选取2016年1月~2017年6月秦皇岛市第一医院收治的80例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用二步法免疫组织化学方法检测患者的结肠癌组织中MTSS1及SOX2表达水平,并分析临床病理特征与MTSS1及SOX2表达的相关性.结果 结肠癌组织中MTSS1及SOX2蛋白阳性表达率均显著低于癌旁毗连区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同分化程度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期患者肿瘤组织中MTSS1及SOX2阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);分化程度是MTSS1阳性表达的危险性因素(P<0.05),分化程度及淋巴结转移是SOX2阳性表达的危险性因素(P< 0.05).结论 结肠癌组织MTSS1与SOX2在结肠癌组织中的表达与分化程度密切相关,且淋巴结转移与SOX2表达显著相关.
