目的 探究分析负压封闭引流在重症急性胰腺炎手术后的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析2014年10月～2016年11月河北省涿州市医院收治的71例重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式将其随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组36例采用负压封闭引流;对照组35例采用外科常规引流;分析对比两组患者的临床应用效果.结果 实验组患者平均住院时间、进食时间、白细胞计数明显少于对照组,伤口愈合程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);同时,实验组患者总满意度为97.22％,对照组患者总满意度为80.00％,实验组总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对重症急性胰腺炎患者手术后运用负压封闭式引流,能够有效促进患者病情康复,加快患者伤口愈合,缩短住院时间,术后预后效果普遍较好,患者满意度高,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage after the operation of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods The clinical data of 71 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in Zhuozhou City Hospital of Hebei Province from October 2014 to November 2016 were analyzed retrospectively,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the different treatment method.In the experimental group,36 cases were treated with vacuum sealing drainage,35 cases in the control group were treated by routine surgical drainage.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average length of hospital stay,feeding time and white blood cell count in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,the degree of wound healing was significantly better than-that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).At the same time,the total satisfaction of patients in experimental group was 97.22％,and the control group was 80.00％,the total satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The vacuum sealing drainage of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can effectively promote the recovery of patients,accelerate the healing of wounds and shorten the length of hospital stay.The prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis is generally good,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
