经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者心理状态及心理护理研究进展

摘要

Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is widely adopted in the treatment of coronary heart disease and plays a significant role in life saving,pain alleviation and outcome improvement.Meanwhile,its negative effect on mind also calls for attention.This review aims to provide support to clinical mental nursing for patients to get PCI treatment and summarized relevant studies published in recent years to elaborate the cause of unhealthy mental state of those patients,how it affects the development of coronary heart disease,as well as available mental nursing strategies to use in clinical nursing.%经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)目前广泛应用于冠心病的治疗,为挽救生命、减轻痛苦、改善预后发挥了重要作用.其对患者心理的不良影响亦需引起人们重视.因此本文对近年相关研究进行综述,总结PCI患者不良心理状态成因及其对疾病影响,以及可采取的心理护理干预措施,为临床护理工作提供参考.
