超声刀与外科手术

摘要

The rapid development of minimally invasive surgical technology leads to the continual updates for surgical instruments. CUSA, a new surgical instruments, has been introduced into to the surgery and widely applied. Because it can make surgery more accurate, no eschar formation and clear intraoperative surgical field. In this paper, the principle of CUSA was introduced. Meanwhile, we introduced its difference from the electrotome.%随着微创外科手术技术的迅猛发展,超声刀作为一种新型的手术器械被引入外科手术中.超声刀的引入带动了手术器械的不断更新,由于其手术更精确、无焦痂生成、术中视野更清晰等诸多优点,在外科手术中得到了广泛应用.本文重点介绍了超声刀的结构原理,与电刀的不同之处,以及使用时的注意事项.
