体部γ刀的临床治疗原理及其在局部晚期非小细胞肺癌中的应用

摘要

Objective: Siereotactic body radiotherapy (Body γ -knife) has generally been used in clinical practice,and has gained satisfactory therapeutic efficacy. Methods: In the thcsis,the clinic therapy principle and application in region advanced stage non small lung cancer of stereotactic body radiotherapy was introduced. Results: The method was good for control of the disease. Conclusion: The knife is suitable for treatment of regional advanced stage non small-cell lung cancer since it can be used to promote regional volume of radiation and reduce radioactive reaction.%目的:体部γ刀是以提高疗效、降低放射损伤为目的的立体定向放射治疗设备,已被广泛应用于临床实践,并取得了一定的治疗效果.方法:体部γ刀作为立体定向放射治疗,用于全身实质器官的治疗.结果:在局部晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗上获得了局控率高、副作用小的好结果.结论:体部γ刀选择治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的病例,可提高局部剂量,近期疗效好,局部控制率高,放射反应轻.
