颈部CE-MRA扫描技术探讨

摘要

Cervical contrast-enhanced MR angiography (CE-MRA) has been widely accepted as a non-invasive diagnostic tool for carotid artery stenosis. CEMRA may have advantages in flow-related artifacts and motion artifacts because use of contrast media enables to visualize vessels independently on its orientation and shorter scan time reduces motion artifact. Furthermore, recent 3T contrastenhanced MR angiography is expected to provide more spatial and temporal resolution.%颈部CE-MRA在无创检查诊断颈部动脉狭窄方面已经得到广泛认可.CE-MRA在减少流动相关伪影及运动伪影方面具有明显优势,主要是因为注射对比剂后能够顺着血管走行完整独立显示各个血管,而且更短的扫描时间减少了运动伪影.并且3TCE-MRA能够提供更高的空间及时间分辨率.
