疾病控制机构采购药械设备的竞争性谈判

介绍《政府采购法》中适用竞争性谈判采购方式的相关规定,结合疾病预防控制中心在药械设备采购工作中的实践,从竞争性谈判采购方式的适用范围和基本程序阐述对竞争性谈判适用范围的理解,指出在应用竞争性谈判采购方式操作过程中各环节的注意事项,以利于防范采购者在运用竞争性谈判方式进行采购工作的风险.%To introduce the relevant guideline which is suitable to competitive negotiationrnin the Law of Governmental procurement, combine with the practice of the procurementrnof medical device and equipment in the facilities of Disease Prevention and Control, wernsystematically interpret the comprehension of competitive negotiation based on area ofrnapplication and basic procedure, indicate the instruction at different level in the course ofrnapplication of competitive negotiation.which is conducive to protect the purchaser from thernrisk caused by application of competitive negotiation in the procurement.
