Objective: To analyze the CT scan in patients with adverse reactions to strengthen the psychological state of implementation of the measures of psychological interventions to enhance the effect of CT examination. Methods: 928 cases randomly underwent CT examination of the patients were divided into two groups, experimental group, 464 cases, according to the patients mental state examination, were given consolation, compassion, counseling, patient care and other ways to explain psychological interventions; control group, 464 cases, the use of routine examination of intervention.rnObserved two groups were compared using high-pressure syringe after injection of contrast medium incidence of adversernreactions. Results: The adverse reactions the rate was 3.8%; control group the rate was 12.5%. Difference between tworngroups was statistically significant (x2=0.001,P<0.01). Conclusion: Patients with anxiety and fear, self-doubt self-concern,rnloneliness, depression, negative and pessimistic about the implementation of psychological intervention and other abnormalrnconditions can be alleviated by the CT scan were thought to strengthen the burden, reduce the injection of contrast mediumrnenhanced CT examination after the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.%目的:回顾性分析CT增强扫描患者发生不良反应时的心理状态,实施心理干预对策,增强CT检查的效果.方法:随机将928例进行CT检查的患者分成2组,实验组464例,根据患者检查时心理状态,分别给予安慰、同情、疏导、关心、耐心解释等方式进行心理干预措施；对照组464例,采用常规检查干预方式.观察比较2组使用高压注射器注射对比剂后不良反应的发生情况.结果:实验组发生不良反应16例,发生率为3.8％；对照组发生不良反应52例,发生率为12.5％.2组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=0.001,P＜0.01).结论:对患者焦虑恐惧、自疑自虑、孤独抑郁、消极悲观等异常状态实施心理干预可缓解进行CT强化扫描时的思想负担,降低注射对比剂后的强化CT检查患者不良反应的发生率.
