Objective: On the basis of a brief analysis of the construction status of our hospital conditions, we proposed that construction of laboratories in the army infectious disease hospital. Methods: The laboratory conditions should follow the principle of traction in demand to meet the urgent need for the development of military medicine and research projects. Results: A central laboratory should be established in the hospital. Conclusion: The laboratories in army infectious disease hospital should be established to reflect the classified guidance, to strengthen the building of the central laboratory, to highlight the philosophy of key laboratory, to adhere to a combination of clinic and experiment.%目的:在简要分析部队传染病医院实验室条件建设现状的基础上,提出部队传染病医院实验室条件建设应遵循需求牵引的原则,满足军事医学发展和科研项目开展的迫切需要.方法:要体现分类指导的思想、强化中心实验室建设以及突出重点实验室建设的理念.结果:通过分析各学科研究实力和研究需求,将分散在数个学科的多个专科实验室进行集中管理,成立中心实验室,确定部队重点学科可以在中心实验室的基础上建立专科实验室,并在人力物力等方面给予倾斜.结论:传染病医院实验室建设要坚持临床与实验相结合、军民相融合的路径.
